MQM welcome COAS statement

KARACHI - Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has welcomed Chief of Army Staff General (COAS) Ashfaq Parvez Kayani’s statement, given on the event of Yaum-e-Shuhada.

In a statement issued from London, Altaf Hussain said General Kayani with his brave stance, proved himself to be a valiant solider who is all the time geared up for the defence of his homeland.

Altaf said non-state actors were targeting modest and enlightened parties, adding state seemed helpless before them.
